Looking for a Real Estate Broker who puts his Customers/Clients first…Welcome! A snapshot of who I am… I came from Upstate New York to graduate from Colorado State University in Fort Collins and began my business life by moving to Denver. I decided to get my Colorado Real Estate License in 1983 after seeing a newspaper ad with the ambition to buy a home someday. Fast forward to 2002… I began a new career in real estate by joining Coldwell Banker in Summit County, Colorado.I found that my successful business background of sales, marketing, management, leadership, and technology would allow me to pave the way to a successful award-winning real estate career with Coldwell Banker in Breckenridge, Colorado.I decided to join Coldwell Banker due to the integrity, track record and the Local and National real estate brand recognition within Summit County, Colorado and throughout the United States. I began my real estate business in December 2002, where I started to integrate hard work along with learning the successful steps needed to provide each customer/client with personalized real estate services required by Buyers and Sellers in Summit County. You will find that I am very interested and dedicated in providing you with the best real estate experience in finding the right property if you are a Buyer or providing experience and expertise in understanding the real estate market and selling process if you are a Seller needing to successfully sell your home.Where I have been and where I am today…I discovered early on the value and persistency of identifying client’s needs came to light during one of first real estate transaction, where I ended up showing 52 different properties, writing three separate real estate contracts and after 6 months of diligently working with my clients, I was able to find the right home for my clients. My discovery of paying attention to client real estate needs in beginning of my real estate journey continued to result in consistent award recognitions throughout my career in being awarded with Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Awards for national sales recognition within my second year with Coldwell Banker. I thankfully have created $120 million in sales in working with wonderful clients to date in my career in becoming a consistent recipient of multiple recognition awards including the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Awards and Coldwell Banker International Presidential Society Award throughout the last two decades. I learned that to maintain business success, you must continue learning the best ways to serve clients and customers to continue my real estate success. I went on to earn business credentials of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Global Luxury Certification Designation among a select group of real estate agents in the U.S.My business principals of honesty, listening to the needs of clients, hard work, effective communication, market knowledge, continuing education and attention to details resulted in a continued successful business with focus on right principals and hard work on behalf of my Buyer and Seller clients from the beginning of my career to my current ongoing business each day.I look forward to working with you in an ever-changing real estate market, where you can count on having successful real estate experience! – Tim Garrett
