About Samantha

I have been coming to Angel Fire since I was a little kid when my parents purchased land here in the mid 80’s. We moved to Angel Fire full time in 1992, where I started off with my General Contractors license and worked as a contractor in all aspects of construction. I became a Real Estate Appraiser in 1998, where I continue to have a successful business and almost 10,000 appraisals in Northern New Mexico. I have a great love for this area and Angel Fire. I sit on many committees, including, Vice chair on both the Architectural Control and Planning and Zoning. I love the outdoors, skiing and golfing with my family and friends is a favorite pass time. Fun fact I Placed 3rd at this year’s annual Shovel races. I know all aspects of the housing markets in Northern New Mexico, which aided in my decision that selling real estate is a must because of my passion for this area and my knowledge of real estate.
